I had the opportunity to shoot photos of Laura's little Daschund cross, Gus yesterday. Forecast predicted adorable. They were right...

Dramatic as this sky was, it was nothing compared to the dreamscape I visited last night... Hellscape more like... Tornadoes, people. Tornadoes that would have obliterated the house, Dorothy, Toto, and half of the land of Oz.

So instead I'm going to try to focus on this picture of my baby... Buster! Though I miss him already and I haven't even left the country yet. In the meantime, if you have a moment and the inclination, please send good vibrations people. I could certainly use them. Thanks.

How could you not love a face like this?

That's right! Regina Family Services tomorrow is having Juke Box Mania tomorrow!

Check out the information on their website!

I'm super excited to be involved with this fundraiser tomorrow night!

No rest for the wicked though, as the next day I'll be helping my friend Pam of Anwen Rose Designs out at S3 Style|Shopping|Spirits which will be a lot of fun too.

As a result, I'm anticipating I won't have much time for blogging the next couple of days. But I've been pretty busy lately!

Check out a small sampling of the things I'm workin' on!

Sorry I missed writing yesterday. I was busy editing/wrapping up an old job. But today I've been editing puppies! Here's another sneak peak.
She's Mabel! She's the Juggernaut! Well not really, but she'll knock you down!

Mabel looks in disdain at her surroundings. She was, perhaps, expecting kibble in a champagne glass?

Sorry Mabel... next time.

For another preview, check out my Facebook Fan Page! Like it!Shar

I looooove puppies! And one of my former coworkers happens to have one right now.
I edited these slightly differently from each other. What do you think's best

Totes adorbs.

I love that this one gives you an idea how small she is. At 3 months old, she's smaller than my beagle was at 2 months.

Pup sessions are back! By popular demand, we're doing pup portraits in the park again! Come on out and get pics of your fur babies, your fur babies with the kids, or the fur babies with you!

I had been toying with the idea of doing a pup portraits for awhile earlier this summer. I finally got my act together and made it happen at the beginning of July.

Admittedly, I was worried we were going to get rained out as the ominous clouds and forecast seemed to indicate it was a definite possibility, but the photography Gods were looking upon us with a pleasing eye, cause we hardly had a drop. Tons of mosquitoes, yet, but no rain to speak of.

I am definitely going to do this again in the not too distant future and am also looking into doing other mini-sessions at some point very soon.
